1. Read before committing funds

These disclosures concern services offered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao. They explain material risks, not every possible outcome, and supplement the applicable product terms and individual disclosures. Understand a product before funding it and consider whether you can bear its losses and obligations. A warning is not consent to an unauthorised transaction or a waiver of non-excludable rights.

2. Volatility, stablecoins and valuation

Crypto-assets can move sharply, lose liquidity or lose most or all value. Stablecoins have issuer, reserve, redemption, freezing and depegging risks and are not identical to a guaranteed bank deposit. A USDT estimate can differ from real sale proceeds, network-deliverable amounts or another market’s price. Historical charts, low recent volatility and a live indicator do not establish future value or immediate execution.

3. Custody, counterparty and insolvency

Account records depend on the operator, infrastructure and relevant providers. Operational segregation of balances is not automatically a legal trust, protected client-money arrangement or insolvency preference. Cyber incidents, lost operational access, provider failure or insolvency can delay or impair access and claims. Do not assume statutory deposit protection or commercial insurance without the identified coverage documents, scope, insurer, limits and exclusions.

4. Network mistakes and irreversibility

Wrong assets, networks, addresses, missing memos and unsupported transfers can cause permanent loss. Required confirmations, congestion, chain reorganisations, forks, contract failures and token freezes can delay or reverse provisional observations. A blockchain transfer can be irreversible after broadcast even if the browser is closed. Recovery may be impossible. Check the exact instruction and distinguish a network hash, a pending status and a confirmed account credit.

5. Platform-share and distribution risk

Platform units expose you to platform performance, legal classification, counterparty availability and market demand. A displayed unit is not alone proof of corporate ownership or a regulated security. Direct-buy premiums can create an immediate difference from the order-book resale price. Monthly estimates do not guarantee profits, future distributions, principal repayment or a buyer at your desired price. You can lose your investment, and low activity can make exit difficult.

6. Borrowing, exchange-rate and repayment risk

Borrowing preserves exposure to original assets but adds an obligation in the borrowed currency. That currency can rise while your eligible assets fall, reducing available capacity and increasing the cost of obtaining repayments. Funds in another wallet or product do not necessarily repay the loan. Network delay, wrong repayment details, unprepared early-payment assumptions and partial payments can leave amounts outstanding. Income from shares or pools is not guaranteed to cover installments.

7. Pool prices and divergence loss

A pool’s price comes from its own reserves and can differ from external markets. Price impact, slippage, reserve depth and ordering of other operations influence the result. Providing both assets changes your exposure as their relative prices move. A position can underperform simply holding the assets, and fee income may not compensate for that difference. An internal pool unit is not automatically transferable, insured or redeemable for the exact original asset quantities.

8. Technical, quote and duplicate-instruction risk

Connections, stale information, software defects and interruptions can affect what you see or whether a response arrives. A lost response can follow a committed action. Starting another independent instruction may duplicate exposure even where the original request has retry protection. Quotes can expire or fail final checks. Resolve uncertain requests through their original reference and receipt, and report accounting discrepancies; a warning does not excuse an attributable service failure.

9. Legal, authorisation and tax uncertainty

Protection and licensing can differ by country, provider, asset and activity. Corporate registration, a gaming-related statement or an unrelated licence does not establish authorisation for custody, securities, lending or investment services. A product name does not settle its legal classification. Legal changes, sanctions or supervisory action can restrict access or require changes. Tax treatment can differ from the interface’s USDT valuation. Confirm relevant eligibility, classification and duties before committing funds.

10. Practical review and support

Use secure account access, verify recipients, understand the source of a price, read the complete quote and retain records. Test a supported transfer carefully where appropriate and allow confirmation time before a repayment deadline. Avoid relying on a single platform, borrowed funds or promised future yield for essential expenses. Contact Support with references for an incident or use the Complaints Policy for a disputed outcome. Mandatory rights and the Operator’s duties remain in force.
