In Wallet, choose the coin and an available deposit network, then use the displayed address and any required memo or reference. The sending coin and network must match. A loan repayment address is for that loan, not an ordinary wallet deposit.
Blockchain confirmations, processing and network availability affect when a transfer completes. Check its status in your history and review Network Status for the coin and network. If it remains unresolved, send Support the transaction reference and network details.
Check the coin, network, destination address, required memo, amount and displayed fee before confirming. Saved addresses are managed under Account → Addresses. An active loan can restrict withdrawals in the borrowed currency; other currencies remain available subject to their normal limits.
The USDT total is an estimate for assets with an available price. Your actual balances stay in their original currencies. It is not an automatic sale or a guaranteed exchange rate. Open Wallet to check each coin’s balance, availability and withdrawal fee.
Funds transferred to Liquidity are shown in your liquidity balance or pool positions. They are not added to the main-wallet value again. Return available liquidity balances through Liquidity → Transfer when you want to use them in the main wallet.
Buy Bituce platform shares to participate in the platform’s earnings through monthly USDT distributions. Investors shows the share price, market, your holdings and payments. These shares are different from coins in your wallet or units in a liquidity pool.
A buy order waits for a matching seller and can fill in parts. A direct buy uses available platform inventory at the displayed direct-buy price, including its premium over the latest trade. Review the quoted price and total before confirming; shares are bought in whole units using USDT.
An open sell order reserves the shares you offer. An open buy order reserves the required USDT. You can cancel the unfilled part to release those remaining funds or shares. Completed portions of a trade stay completed, and selling requires a matching buyer.
Monthly distributions are processed on the first day of the month for the previous month and credited to your main USDT wallet. Eligible holdings include available shares and shares reserved in open sell orders at processing. Investors shows the current per-share rate, next payment date and your payment history.
No. The estimate uses your current eligible shares and the current distribution rate. Holdings and rates can change before processing. The payment history shows what was actually credited; share prices and the ability to sell can also change.
Yes. Your original coins stay in place: borrow in the same or another supported currency without selling them. The current limit is up to 23% of your eligible assets’ USDT value. For example, 1,000 USDT of eligible assets gives a maximum of 230 USDT-equivalent before existing debt is deducted.
The calculation uses eligible wallet balances, staked assets and Bituce platform shares with an available price. Existing active loans reduce the remaining capacity. Separate liquidity balances and pool positions are not included in this calculation. Loans shows your actual breakdown and available limit after sign-in.
During the application, choose a supported currency and network and enter the receiving address. The loan creates a payout request to that destination; confirmation of the application is not confirmation that the network transfer has completed. Follow the payout status in Loans and check all address details before confirming.
Use the loan calculator to choose an amount, weekly or monthly periods and a term. Review the current rate, installment amounts, interest total and repayment dates together. The rate is for the selected period, so a weekly rate should not be read as an annual rate.
Repay in the currency you borrowed using the repayment address and network shown for that loan. The same loan address is used for its installments. Open the installment’s payment details and use the displayed payable amount; sending another currency or using an ordinary wallet deposit address does not repay that loan.
Yes. Open the installment’s payment details to prepare its payable amount. When more than three days remain, the system can reduce the interest for the unused part of that installment’s period. The prepared payment details show the applicable discount and amount; do not subtract a discount yourself.
While a loan is active, ordinary withdrawals in the borrowed currency are paused, and moving that currency from the main wallet into Liquidity is blocked. The requested loan payout follows its own process. Other currencies remain available under their normal conditions. The restriction ends after all active loans in that currency are repaid.
A swap exchanges one pool asset for the other. Providing liquidity adds both assets to the pool and gives you pool units representing your share of its reserves. You can explore pools and quotes publicly, but transfers, swaps and position changes require sign-in and confirmation.
Use Transfer on Liquidity to move a supported asset from your main wallet to your separate liquidity balance. Internal transfers have no additional transfer fee. Available funds can be returned the same way. Funds inside a pool must first be removed from the position; active-loan restrictions can prevent funding in the borrowed currency.
The current pools charge 0.10% per swap; always check the selected pool’s displayed fee and quote. The fee stays in the pool reserves and benefits liquidity providers through their pool position. It is not a separate reward balance to claim, and a low fee does not guarantee a better price than another market.
Pool reserves determine the price, and your trade size affects the result. A quote is valid for 30 seconds. Slippage tolerance sets the minimum amount you accept if reserves change before execution. If the quote expires or the limit is exceeded, request a new quote and review it before confirming.
A contribution follows the pool’s current reserve ratio, such as BTC and USDT for a BTC/USDT pool. The preview shows how much of each asset is required and the pool units you receive. Only the required amounts are used; unused funds stay in your liquidity balance.
Choose Remove and redeem part or all of your available pool units. You receive your proportional share of both current reserves into the liquidity balance, then can transfer available funds back to the main wallet. There is currently no additional add/remove fee. The coin amounts can differ from what you originally deposited.
No. Fees depend on trading activity, your share of the pool and how long you provide liquidity. Changes in the relative prices of the two assets can leave your position worth less than simply holding those assets separately. Pool-based USDT values are estimates from the pool’s own price, not a guaranteed withdrawal value or an external market quote.
A lost response does not prove the action failed. Check recent activity and the pending-action notice. Use its retry or recovery option to check the original request rather than starting a second action. Further monetary actions stay paused while that request is unresolved.
Sign in and open Referral Program to copy your personal invitation link. A referral code is stored when a visitor opens the link and submitted during registration. A reward requires the new account to be linked to you and complete eligible activity; clicks and registration alone do not earn a commission.
Eligible share trades currently credit the referrer 0.25% of the USDT trade amount, including direct buys. On an order-book trade, each eligible participant’s referrer can receive a reward. Credits are paid in USDT and shown in referral history. Unfilled or cancelled order amounts do not earn a reward.
Do not apply the share-trading reward to every product. Wallet deposits, borrowing, swaps and pool contributions do not automatically qualify for that commission. Review the eligible activities and rates on Referral Program and the Referral Terms; your history shows actual credits.
Use Wallet or Account → History for wallet transfers, Investors for orders and distributions, Loans for payouts and installments, and Liquidity for transfers, swaps and position activity. These histories describe different products; a pool position is not an ordinary main-wallet balance.
Live means the page has a connected update stream and recently received the data it needs. Prices, charts and supported account panels update automatically. If the connection drops or data becomes stale, the page reconnects or refreshes through its fallback. A live price or preview is not a transaction confirmation.
Open Support after signing in and choose the relevant department. Include what happened, the product, currency, network, time and transaction or operation reference where available.
