1. Parties and individual loan record
The loan service is offered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (the Operator). The borrower is the authenticated account holder submitting the application. These terms, the general platform terms and the accepted individual quote must be read together. The individual record must identify the borrowed asset, quantity, periodic rate, term, installment dates, total scheduled cost, payout network and address. A public calculator is not an approved loan or evidence that funds have arrived.
2. Eligibility and purpose
You must have legal capacity, lawful funds and permission to use this service where you reside. We may verify identity, source of funds and the accuracy of application information. Availability can depend on supported currencies, price data, repayment infrastructure and legal or operational restrictions. Borrow only an amount you can repay without relying on a guaranteed price rise, refinancing or a future platform distribution.
3. USDT-based borrowing capacity
The current model values eligible assets in USDT, applies the configured loan-to-value ratio (currently 23%) and deducts the current USDT value of outstanding principal. The live screen and accepted quote control the available amount. Eligible valuation currently includes supported main-wallet and staking balances and available or reserved platform shares; separate liquidity balances, pool units and loan repayment wallets are not automatically counted. Unsupported or unpriced balances do not create borrowing capacity.
When you select a particular main-wallet currency as collateral, its current USDT value also sets a separate 23% ceiling, reduced by outstanding principal already allocated to that collateral. The lower of that ceiling and your overall remaining capacity applies. You may select the eligible portfolio instead. The selected collateral and opening valuation are recorded with the loan; the original quantity is not sold, swapped, debited or used to purchase the borrowed currency.
4. Original assets and borrowed currency
You may request the same supported currency as an eligible asset or a different supported currency. Valuation does not require an automatic sale of the original asset. The debt remains denominated in the borrowed currency, while USDT figures are comparison values. If the borrowed asset appreciates against your holdings or USDT, the economic cost of acquiring repayment funds can rise even though the contractual quantity schedule is unchanged. Stablecoins can also depeg or become difficult to transfer.
5. Quote, review and approval
Review the principal, weekly or monthly period, number of periods, installment amount, total interest, total repayment, dates and payout destination before confirming. A refreshed quote can differ from an earlier preview. Approval is subject to the server’s final balance, capacity, currency and destination checks. A browser error or lost response must be investigated against the existing loan record before a new application is submitted; do not assume that a retry cannot create another obligation.
6. Interest and amortisation
The stated rate is for the selected weekly or monthly period; it must not be read as an annual percentage rate. The current schedule uses an amortising installment calculation, allocating each installment between principal and interest. Review both the periodic rate and the total scheduled interest rather than multiplying a headline rate by the initial principal alone. Any legally required annualised rate, total-cost or pre-contract disclosure must be provided where applicable; this generic page does not replace it.
7. Payout and commencement
The current loan flow creates a loan record and a pending external withdrawal to the chosen supported network/address; it is not simply a permanently spendable new main-wallet balance. The loan record and payout transaction must be checked together. Processing or network delay is not proof of final delivery. If payout fails, is reversed or never occurs, contact Support for reconciliation of principal, interest start and cancellation where appropriate. You do not waive a substantiated non-disbursement claim merely because a pending loan record exists.
8. Withdrawal restrictions and limits of collateral rights
While a loan is active, the platform currently restricts ordinary withdrawals and transfers from the main wallet into liquidity in the borrowed currency and any main-wallet currency expressly selected as collateral. Other currencies are not generally blocked by that rule. Selected collateral remains in its existing wallet. Assets counted in a USDT eligibility calculation are not thereby sold or automatically subject to an unlimited disposal right. Any legally effective pledge, additional collateral, margin demand or liquidation authority requires clear separate terms and a valid legal basis; valuation alone does not create it.
9. Installment dates and timely performance
The due dates in the accepted loan schedule control. Weekly and monthly periods are different; calendar lengths and displayed dates must be reviewed rather than inferred from a fixed number of hours. Ensure sufficient confirmed funds reach the correct repayment wallet before the relevant deadline, allowing for network confirmations and reconciliation. Sending a transaction shortly before a due date may not constitute timely credited payment. Contact Support promptly if the schedule, timezone display or due amount appears inconsistent.
10. Dedicated repayment address and payment currency
Use the repayment address and network shown for that specific loan and repay in its borrowed asset. A deposit to an ordinary wallet, another loan, another asset or an unsupported network is not automatically a repayment. The repayment wallet is distinct from spendable main-wallet funds. Keep the loan ID, installment reference, transaction hash, amount and network. The platform applies confirmed credited funds during reconciliation; an unconfirmed transfer or an explorer screenshot alone does not settle an installment.
11. Allocation, partial payments and future installments
Confirmed repayment funds are currently allocated to the earliest unpaid installments in sequence, including future installments where enough funds remain. A partial payment reduces the principal portion first and then the interest portion of the affected installment; the unpaid remainder remains due. The system may reset a prepared discount after partial allocation, so check the revised outstanding amount. A partial payment does not by itself release the currency restriction or cancel later installments.
12. Prepared early repayment discount
Open the installment’s payment details before funding an early repayment. Where more than three days remain before its due date, the current calculation can discount interest for the unused portion of that installment period, capped at that installment’s interest. The prepared payable amount and discount shown on the account are the operative quote. Do not subtract a self-calculated discount or assume every future installment is discounted automatically. Review refreshed details after a partial payment or material correction.
13. Full early repayment and surplus
Full repayment requires discharge of every remaining installment using its applicable prepared or scheduled amount, not only the displayed remaining principal. Once all installments are settled, the loan is marked repaid and its loan-based currency restriction can be released, subject to other lawful restrictions. Excess funds can remain in the dedicated repayment wallet; they are not automatically an extra fee or a new loan. Request reconciliation and return of a confirmed surplus through Support, providing a supported return destination where needed.
14. Late installments and ongoing obligations
An unpaid scheduled installment may be marked late after its due date, and repayment history can affect the internal loan score and future review. The current implementation does not define an automatic daily penalty schedule, an automatic liquidation threshold or automatic seizure of unrelated assets. This document does not invent those mechanisms. Agreed unpaid principal and scheduled interest remain obligations, subject to payment credits, corrections and applicable law. Any additional default charge or recovery action requires a lawful, clearly disclosed basis.
15. Difficulty paying and disputed amounts
If you anticipate difficulty, contact Support before a due date where possible with your loan ID and a realistic description of the issue. A request does not itself grant a payment holiday, extension, refinancing or debt waiver. Any agreed restructuring must identify the new dates, amounts, charges and effect on existing obligations in a durable record. A documented billing or non-disbursement dispute must be investigated without requiring disclosure of passwords or private keys; statutory complaint rights are preserved.
16. Price changes, service failures and cancellation rights
Borrowing creates currency and repayment obligations even if eligible asset values fall, a service is temporarily unavailable or another investment fails. No unilateral future loan-to-value change rewrites the principal or agreed rate of an existing accepted schedule. Network and processing mistakes must be distinguished from a borrower’s valid debt. Any applicable mandatory withdrawal, pre-contract disclosure, early repayment or consumer-credit protection takes priority; crypto denomination does not automatically remove those rights.
17. Evidence, notices and applicable terms
Keep the accepted quote, loan ID, payout record, repayment schedule, prepared payment details, deposit hashes and final settlement history. The published legal document’s version identifies its text, not evidence that you individually accepted it or received funds. Material changes for future loans require clear notice; existing financial obligations follow the valid individual agreement and mandatory law. Complaints, operator responsibility, Curaçao law and mandatory home-jurisdiction protections are addressed in the general terms and Complaints Policy.
18. Cross Import
An accepted Cross Import records existing debts rather than new payouts. Its quote identifies each loan, principal, rates, term and the credited collateral backing it. Ordinary new-loan LTV, minimum borrowing and payout requirements do not apply to this migration. Only listed collateral assets are credited once. For Cross Import, each loan is backed by the imported collateral identified in its accepted summary. Only that collateral currency is restricted for withdrawals and main-wallet liquidity funding until all loans backed by it, including applicable interest, are fully repaid. A different borrowed currency does not independently restrict that main wallet. Main-wallet installment payment is permitted only when the loan and its actual imported collateral use the same currency. A matching balance in an unrelated main wallet does not qualify; other-currency loans must be repaid externally in their borrowed currency. The accepted quote and Cross Import Terms govern the schedules and disclosed early-payment rules; no undisclosed legacy charges are added.
