1. Operator and custodial pool model

The liquidity service is offered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao. It is an internal, custodial pool accounting service rather than a separately deployed decentralised smart contract. Pool units represent the internal proportional position described here; the interface does not issue a freely transferable on-chain LP token. The service supplements the general terms, Wallet Terms and Risk Disclosure. Blockchain withdrawals remain a separate Wallet instruction.

2. Liquidity balances and explicit funding

Liquidity balances are separate from main-wallet balances and pool positions. An explicit internal transfer is required before using main-wallet funds for a pool operation. Transfers use supported assets and available funds; an active loan can restrict main-wallet funding in the borrowed currency and any main-wallet currency expressly selected as collateral. Returning available liquidity funds to the main wallet is a distinct transfer. These records do not automatically repay a loan or fund another service.

For Cross Import, each loan is backed by the imported collateral identified in its accepted summary. Only that collateral currency is restricted for withdrawals and main-wallet liquidity funding until all loans backed by it, including applicable interest, are fully repaid. A different borrowed currency does not independently restrict that main wallet. Main-wallet installment payment is permitted only when the loan and its actual imported collateral use the same currency. A matching balance in an unrelated main wallet does not qualify; other-currency loans must be repaid externally in their borrowed currency.

3. Swap pricing and price impact

A swap exchanges an exact input amount against two pool reserves using the service’s constant-product calculation after the quoted fee. The pool’s own reserve ratio determines its price, not an independent oracle or a guarantee of best execution against external exchanges. Larger trades can move the price materially. Review the input, estimated output, fee, price impact and minimum received before confirmation; a low commission does not guarantee a favourable total price.

4. Quote validity, slippage and final validation

A quote specifies its validity and minimum output or units. Current signed quotes are short-lived, normally 30 seconds; the displayed quote controls the specific instruction. Slippage tolerance limits acceptable deterioration and is not an extra fee or guaranteed improvement. Reserve or price changes can cause a clean rejection rather than execution. Do not treat a preview as a completed swap or assume that an expired quote remains executable.

5. Two-asset contribution and units

Providing liquidity requires both pool assets in the current reserve ratio. Only the required supported amounts are consumed; unused amounts remain in the liquidity balance. Units issued reflect the accepted contribution relative to existing reserves and issued units. A minimum permanently locked unit position can dilute a provider’s mathematical share slightly and is not withdrawable by the provider. Contribution is exposure to both assets and does not preserve a fixed composition or a fixed USDT value.

6. Fees and participation in pool income

The selected pool’s fee rate and accepted quote control the swap charge. Fees currently remain inside reserves and benefit providers through their proportional pool position. Attributed-fee figures describe fees generated while the position existed; they are not an additional cash balance that can be claimed twice. Actual results depend on trading activity, position size, time in the pool and reserve prices. There is no fixed APR, guaranteed yield or minimum fee-income commitment.

7. Partial or full removal

Removing units returns the corresponding quantities of both reserve assets to your liquidity balance, subject to quoted minimums, rounding, availability and lawful restrictions. It is not automatically an external blockchain withdrawal. The returned composition and market value may differ from the original contribution; full unit removal does not promise return of the original amounts of each asset. Transfer available returned assets to the main wallet before a separately supported external withdrawal.

8. Precision and disclosed transfer charges

Asset amounts are currently handled to eight decimal places and pool units to eighteen. Swap outputs and withdrawal amounts may be rounded down; contribution requirements can round up and issued units down. These rounding rules can leave small residual amounts and affect very small positions. Internal transfer, contribution or removal fees apply only if clearly disclosed for that operation; ordinary blockchain network or Wallet withdrawal charges are separate.

9. Receipts, retries and an uncertain response

An operation is completed only when the service has a committed receipt and reconciled balance changes. A network interruption can hide a successful operation. Use Check/retry for the original pending request and its receipt instead of starting a second monetary action. Reusing a request reference with different details is not a valid modification. Duplicate-request protection applies to the same identified request, not to multiple separately confirmed requests you intentionally create.

10. Divergence loss and other risks

Changes in the relative prices of the pool assets can make a position worth less than holding the original assets separately, including when fees were earned. Fees may not offset this divergence loss. Thin reserves, concentrated providers, reserve-derived valuations, market manipulation, custody failures and interruptions add risk. A pool valuation is not an independent fair-value assessment, insured deposit or guaranteed redemption amount. Read the Risk Disclosure before funding.

11. Availability, abuse and closure

We may pause an affected pool or instruction for a substantiated technical, security or legal reason. Such a pause must not be used as an undisclosed authority to confiscate valid positions. Manipulative or unlawful activity can be investigated under the general terms and AML/KYC Policy. Where a pool is retired, outstanding balances, units and a lawful exit or reconciliation process must be addressed; the disappearance of a screen does not by itself cancel recorded claims.

12. Records, complaints and legal framework

Keep your quote, receipt, pool identifier, input/output amounts and transfer references. Contact Support about discrepancies with those details and never provide private keys or passwords. The general terms govern notices, proportionate restrictions, responsibility and disputes under Curaçao law subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Publishing a pool, a low fee or a completed technical operation does not itself establish financial-service authorisation in a particular jurisdiction.
