1. Scope and operator
Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao operates the investor interface. This policy covers cookies and similar technologies, including localStorage and sessionStorage, rather than assuming that only HTTP cookies matter. The Privacy Policy describes personal-data purposes, recipients and rights. Browser settings, private mode and third-party requests can affect which storage is available.
2. Sign-in and essential state
The investor_token browser entry contains the sign-in token used for authenticated API and socket access. Treat access to it as sensitive: do not share it or keep a session open on an untrusted device. Removing browser data can sign you out but does not close the server account or erase transactions. Other Bituce applications or infrastructure may use their own session technologies under the applicable notice.
3. Preferences and favourites
Browser storage can remember the investor language, selected wallet layout, favourite currencies and related display filters. These choices affect presentation rather than create a financial instruction. Stored preferences normally remain until changed or removed by you or the browser; their availability is not guaranteed across devices. Deleting them restores defaults without cancelling an order, loan or pool position.
4. Referrals and pending operations
A referral code received through a link can be stored and supplied during registration for attribution. The liquidity interface can keep a pending request reference and payload in sessionStorage, namespaced to the account, to resolve an uncertain operation without submitting a second instruction. It does not intentionally store a password or sign-in token in that pending-operation record. Clearing this local record does not reverse an already committed operation; use account history or Support to reconcile it.
5. External requests and tracking
Google Fonts requests can reveal connection information to the font provider even if no first-party analytics cookie is created. Supported email campaigns can use opening or link records; those are not disabled merely by clearing website storage. We do not claim that every external technology is anonymous or that a general terms notice constitutes consent to optional tracking. Any non-essential technology requiring prior consent must use a valid consent process before activation.
6. Control, consent and consequences
Use browser settings to inspect or remove site storage, block third-party connections or choose a private session. Blocking required session state may prevent sign-in or transaction recovery; display preferences may reset. Where optional marketing or tracking consent is used, refusal or withdrawal should be as accessible as giving it and should not erase lawful transaction records. Contact Support about a specific technology or unresolved privacy preference.
